Rich Martin (Broker/Owner) established Pillar Realty in 2016. After enlisting and retiring an officer from 26 years in the US Air Force, Rich was ready for something new. Several hands on jobs including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing have given him extensive knowledge and experience in residential and commercial real estate. Pillar Realty was established with the idea QUALITY>quantity. Our limited quantity of homes gives us an advantage in property management. We aren't overwhelmed! The QUALITY of your home is our main focus.
